Our Giving Pledge

Each Season we, the Makers and organizers of Maker's Market at Atlantic Station, including Earth and Sky Creations LLC, plan to institute a giving pledge where each Maker or business can commit ahead of time to give a certain percentage of all their revenue from the market to benefit a good cause.

For Spring of 2022 We #StandWithRefugeeswith so many people displaced as refugees in the world from wars and brutal regimes, the International Rescue Committee (IRC) is our charity of choice this season:

Recently millions of refugees have been forced to flee Ukraine. The IRC is on the ground in Poland supporting displaced children and families with vital supplies; and the IRC doesn’t stop there… they help refugees around the world in places like Afghanistan, Syria, Yemen, Africa, and even in the United States and Atlanta!

A Nice Video from the IRC Below:

Makers who have taken the pledge or donated thus far for the Spring 2022 Season (Sales from March-End of June).

Supporting these Makers means a part of your purchase will be supporting refugees! If you are a maker in our market reading this or a patron who would like to join us, you can still support the refugees with us - Here's the link to see the campaign and support refugees in need!

Previous Pledges:

For the Holiday Season in 2021. We gave pajamas and stockings to kids in a shelter at the Atlanta Mission, to make their Holidays a little brighter. While the shelter doesn't send pictures of their residents, they do tremendous work. I've included a small sample of the many pjs/stockings we gave the kids at the shelter (Over 50 sets of pajamas and over 40 Stockings which was everything they had requested), and at the bottom sharing a letter of thanks from the Atlanta Mission!
